About The Plot Twist Trailer

Hi, I am Lauren the owner of The Plot Twist Trailer. Ever since I was a little girl I have loved books and reading, which is the most obvious thing a person who owns a bookstore could say, but it is true. An avid reader since a young age having books in my life has always been important. So I decided to take my love for reading and turn it into a community.

I was with my sister-in-law, we were doing a wine tasting at a mediocre midwest winery when we were discussing how the real goal in life is to just own a bookstore. Well I really couldn’t let the thought escape me, it really is the dream isn’t it. From that day the idea of me opening up a little mobile bookstore just could not leave my head. So I decided to take the leap.

August of 2025 I bought a trailer. September of 2025 the trailer was outfitted and inventory was bought. Now, the dream of owning a bookstore became reality. Let me tell you about The Plot Twist Trailer.

A good plot twist really is the best part of books, I mean it is like when we find out Snape was really the good guy all along. I want this Plot Twist Trailer to be that amazing part of everyone’s story, you are going through life and you stumble upon my book trailer and find the next novel that is going to change how you see life (or at least you find that romance novel that takes you out of reality if just for a little while).

My trailer is a 6×10 foot enclosed trailer that has been meticulously designed to be an aesthetically pleasing mobile bookstore. With green shelves and bamboo walls, this isn’t just a bookstore but a mini experience.

The plan is for you to find The Plot Twist Trailer at some of your favorite locations like your neighborhood brewery, winery, coffee shop, or bakery. If you or someone you know happen to be the owner of a business like that please reach out I would love to set up an event.
